This nutrition plan includes a 12 week family-friendly meal plan with grocery list. The meal plan is structured using proper macro-nutrient proportions to aid your body in losing fat and feeling great! Once you have purchased the program, taken the survey, and we have analyzed your information a downloadable PDF file with your meal plans will be sent to you with an attached measurement-log to help you track your progress. The meal plan will give you six meals to eat each day, and the menu will change each week to add variety to your diet.
Note: Many of the meals given will not be gluten, dairy, or nut free.
