12 WEEK NUTRITION AND FITNESS PLAN WITH ONLINE SUPPORT
This fitness and nutrition plan includes a 12 week family-friendly meal plan with grocery list. The meal plan is structured using proper macro-nutrient proportions to aid your body in losing fat and feeling great! Once you have purchased the program, taken the survey, and we have analyzed your information a downloadable PDF file with your meal plans and exercises will be sent to you, with an attached measurement-log to help you track your progress. The meal plan will give you six meals to eat each day, and the menu will change each week to add variety to your diet. The exercises will also change weekly, as you go through the 12 week program.
In addition, you will receive access to a private Facebook group to interact, share ideas, and receive support with other people also doing the 12 Week Get Fit Program. This access is only available when purchasing this option.
Note: Many of the meals given will not be gluten, dairy, or nut free.
