This program includes a 12 week customized fitness plan for the home or gym. Your workout will change each week as you go through the 12 week program. Staying with the same workouts will cause your body to adapt and plateau! The program will be catered to help you achieve your goals–whether you want to reduce body-fat, tone muscle, or build strength. Once you have purchased the program, taken the survey, and we have analyzed your information a downloadable PDF file with your exercise plan will be sent to you with an attached measurement-log to help you track your progress.
