Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

One of my all time Summer favs!
PB2 banana shake

Carbs: 32.5g (net carbs) Protein:17 g Fat: 5 g

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 2 tablespoons PB2 (powdered peanut butter)*
• 1 scoop XMProtein OR ½ scoop of any vanilla protein powder or what equals 10-12 grams of protein
• 1 medium sized banana, frozen

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in blender and pour into glass.

*You can get PB2 at Walmart or PBfit at Sam’s club or Costco but most stores will have some form of powered peanut butter. For more information about XMProtein go to michellemarchant.myzija.com.

Chocolate Strawberry Banana XMProtein Shake

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops  vanilla XMProtein
  • 50 grams (about 1/2 half) frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 TB cocoa powder

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!  So refreshing and filling!

Carbs: 29.5 Protein: 21 grams Fat: 4.25 grams

XMProtein Cinnamon Swirl Bread



Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8×8 inch Pyrex dish with non-cook spray.

In a small bowl combine: (set aside)

  • 1/3 cup Xylitol
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

In a large bowl combine: (whisk together)

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 4 scoops vanilla XMProtein powder
  • 1 TB baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Xylitol

In a medium size bowl combine: (whisk together and add to large bowl)

  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (Almond Breeze)
  • 1/3 cup no sugar added applesauce
  • 1/4 cup lower sugar vanilla yogurt (optional)

Poor a shallow layer of batter into the greased 8×8 pan. (about 1/4 of batter) Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon/Xylitol mixture.  Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon/Xylitol on top.  Draw a knife through the batter to marble.

Bake for 24-28 min. Let cool for 10 min.  Bread will be dense. Cut into 16 pieces.

Macros for 1 piece: Carbs: 9.5 grams Protein: 5 grams Fat: 1 gram

XMProtein Pumpkin Bars


Craving a pumpkin bar?? I have a yummy and healthy recipe for you! I’m always searching for yummy pumpkin recipes this time of year.  I have found one you will love and it’s guilt free!

  • 1 cup Xylitiol (Found at Kitchen Kneads if you are local or any health food store)
  • 4 oz no sugar added applesauce
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1- 15 oz can of raw pumpkin
  • 2 cups oat flour ( I just ground up regular oats in my blender, it was super easy and quick.)
  • 4 scoops  vanilla XMProtein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray 9×13 pan with non-stick spray. Combine first 11 ingredients and mix well.  Add final 3 ingredients and mix until incorporated. Spread batter into Pyrex dish and back 30 min.

Makes 24 squares.

Macros for 1 square:  Carbs: 9.08 grams Protein: 3.7 grams Fat: .7 grams

XMProtein Strawberry Shake

  • 2 scoops XMProtien Powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen strawberries

Mix all ingredients in the blender.

Carbs: 31 grams Protein: 21 grams Fat: 5 grams

Strawberry Banana XMProtein Shake


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 frozen banana

5 raw almonds OR 1 tsp of coconut oil, to give it a coconut flavor and make it more creamy

2 scoops XMProtein

Mix all ingredients in blender and enjoy!

Carbs: 29 grams Protein: 21 grams Fat: 5.5 grams

Slow Cooker Apple Pie Steel-Cut XMProtein Oatmeal


• 1 cup steel-cut oats
• 4 cups unsweetened almond milk **(Mix 4 scoops of vanilla XMProtien in with your milk to get the right amount of protein then add to the crock-pot.)
• 2 medium apples, chopped
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 2 T maple syrup (feel free to sub honey or more if you like it sweeter)
• splash of lemon juice


1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Stir.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.**
3. Give it a good stir.
4. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 1 week. To reheat add a splash of almond milk and protein powder and heat up in microwave.
**I make mine overnight so it is ready in the morning.
